The NovelBeamUSA Broad Range RNA Quantification Kit is designed for use with FluoroVerse™. The assay is not selective to RNA, therefore removal of DNA is required before proceeding the RNA assay. 

The linear range of the NovelBeamUSA RNA BR assay is 2 to 1000 ng of RNA per tube. RNA samples with concentrations between 0.1 ng/µL and 1000 ng/µL may be quantified using sample volumes between 1 and 20 µL . For example, 1 µL of 1000 ng/µL is 1000 ng total, and 20 µL of 0.1 ng/µL is 2 ng total, which both will fall within the linear range of the assay.

The NovelBeamUSA kits provide enough reagents to quantify approximately 100 samples, plus the two standards. There are enough reagents for 200 reactions including the standards.
