Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with your packing slip and receipt.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first before shipping so we can provide you with the correct return address for each product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns On Supplies 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
