Quantification Assay Range: 25 μg/mL to 5 mg/mL

The NovelBeamUSA Protein Quantification Kit is a highly sensitive fluorescence-based assay for quantifying purified protein samples. The kits include concentrated assay dye, dilution buffer, and pre-diluted BSA standards. Simply dilute the dye using the buffer provided, add your sample (any volume from 1–20 μL is acceptable), then read the concentration using the FluoroVerse™ Fluorometer. The assay is accurate for initial sample concentrations from 25 μg/mL to 5 mg/mL. NovelBeamUSA’s protein dye is much more sensitive than traditional protein quantification assays such as BCA, Bradford, and Lowry. After protein samples bind with the dye, the fluorescence signal is stable for up to 2 hours at room temperature.
