Quantification Assay Range: 25 μg/mL to 5 mg/mL

NovelBeamUSA Antibody Quantification Kit is designed for use with portable fluorometers such as FluroVerse™. It is a highly sensitive fluorescence-based assay for quantifying purified antibody samples. The kits include concentrated assay dye, dilution buffer, and prediluted antibody standards. Simply dilute the dye using the buffer provided, add your sample (any volume from 1–20 μL is acceptable), then read the concentration using the FluoroVerse™ Fluorometer. The assay is accurate for initial sample concentrations from 25 μg/mL to 5 mg/mL.
