The NovelBeamUSA ssDNA Quantification Kit is designed for use with portable fluorometers such as FluoroVerse. The ssDNA assay also exhibits fluorescence enhancement when the dye is bound to dsDNA and RNA. 

The range of the NovelBeamUSA ssDNA assay is 0.5 to 100 ng of ssDNA per tube. ssDNA samples with concentrations between 25pg/µL and 100 ng/µL may be quantified using sample volumes between 1 and 20 µL (for example, 1 µL of 100 ng/µL is 100ng total, and 20 µL of 25pg/µL is 0.5 ng total, which will both fall within the range of the assay).

When the most common sample volume of 10 µL is used, the starting sample concentration should be 50 pg/µL to 10 ng/µL. The NovelBeamUSA kits provide enough reagents to quantify approximately 100 samples, plus the two standards. There are enough reagents for 200 reactions including the standards.
