The NovelBeamUSA High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantification Kit is designed for use with Fluoroverse™. The fluorescent dye is highly selective for double stranded DNA over single-stranded DNA or RNA. 

The linear range of the NovelBeamUSA DNA HS assay is 0.1 to 100 ng of DNA per tube. DNA samples with concentrations between 5 pg/µL and 100 ng/µL may be quantified using sample volumes between 1 and 20 µL (for example, 1 µL of 100 ng/µL is 100 ng total, and 20 µL of 5 pg/µL is 0.1 ng total, which will both fall within the linear range of the assay).

The NovelBeamUSA kits provide enough reagents to quantify approximately 100 samples, plus the two standards. There are enough reagents for 200 reactions including the standards.
